SHIPPING:
• USPS and GROUND:  All shipping costs are calculated by bbx through UPS. USPS orders will be received within 3-4 days. Handling fees are added for processing and packing.
• Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will not ship until the next business day and there is no guarantee that order received before 11:00am will go out the same day. No orders will be shipped on weekends.
• Orders to PO Boxes cannot typically be delivered by UPS. If your PO Box accepts UPS, then ignore this warning. If you have a PO Box that cannot accept UPS then please call our shipping department at 203.769.0267 to make alternative arrangements.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

• Shipping does not include brokerage fees or any applicable tax, which is due upon receipt of equipment. If you are located in Canada, the UPS and USPS will collect all these fees from you.

• The shipping cost reflected on the invoice does not necessarily represent the carrier’s published rates and may include additional charges levied by the merchant. Due to the complexities of shipping Internationally, Get Unplugged Now/The BBX Store reserves the right to ship any product through the carrier of its choice without notice.
